ପ୍ରଥମ କିସ୍ତିର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ସୁଭଦ୍ରା ଟଙ୍କା ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରହିଥିବା ନେଇ ଆଜି ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାତୀ ପରିଡ଼ା ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ କରିନଥିବା ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସରକାର ଶେଷ ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଇ କେୱାଇସି ଏବଂ ବାଇଓମେଟ୍ରିକ ଜରିଆରେ । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖରେ ମିଳିଥାନ୍ତା ଟଙ୍କା । ହେଲେ ସବିଶେଷ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ ହୋଇ ନଥିବାରୁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାତୀ ପରିଡ଼ା ।
ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ କରିନଥିବା ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସରକାର ଶେଷ ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଇ କେୱାଇସି ଏବଂ ବାଇଓମେଟ୍ରିକ ଜରିଆରେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ସୁଭଦ୍ରା ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ କରନ୍ତୁ । ଏ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ସୁଭଦ୍ରା ଟଙ୍କା ।
Requirements for availing benefits under Subhadra:
a) Women who are eligible and have applied for benefits under Subhadra will have to ensure the following conditions:
They must have Aadhaar card/Aadhaar number in their own name.
They must have linked their mobile number with Aadhaar card.
They must have a single-holder bank account which is Aadhaar-enabled and Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)-enabled.
b) If the beneficiary does not have Aadhaar number or the details in her Aadhaar card do not match, then she will have to register herself under Aadhaar or correct the details as required.
c) If the beneficiary does not have a single Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled bank account, then she will be given an opportunity to (a) open a single-holder bank account, (b) make the bank account Aadhaar-enabled, (c) make the bank account DBT-enabled and (d) complete the e-KYC process.
d) In the financial year 2024-25, all beneficiaries, irrespective of the date of approval, will get the full benefit of Rs. 10,000 under Subhadra from the date of launch of the scheme.
Criteria Details Eligibility (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା):
To avail the benefits of this scheme, all female beneficiaries must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
A. The applicant must be a resident of Odisha.
B. The applicant must be covered by NFSA/SFSS. A female from a family excluded from NFSA/SFSS can apply under Subhadra, if her family’s annual income does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakhs (Rupees Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand only).
C. To be eligible under this scheme, the age of the applicant should be 21 years or more and less than 60 years as on the due date. The date of birth recorded in the Aadhaar card will be accepted for calculating her age.
D. The age of the woman should be 21 years or more and less than 60 years as on 01.07.2024, the due date for the financial year 2024-25. Therefore, the date of birth of the applicant should be between 02.07.1964 and 01.07.2003.
E. For 2024-25, if a woman attains the age of 21 years after 01.07.2024, then she will get Rs. 10,000 per annum for the remaining years of the scheme period. Similarly, a woman who attains the age of 60 years after 01.07.2024 will not be given this assistance for the remaining years of the scheme period.

E. For 2024-25, if a woman attains the age of 21 years after 01.07.2024, then she will get Rs. 10,000 per annum for the remaining years of the scheme period. Similarly, a woman who attains the age of 60 years after 01.07.2024 will not be given this assistance for the remaining years of the scheme period.
Ineligibility
The following women, even if they fulfill the eligibility criteria, will be ineligible to get the benefits of this scheme:
A. A woman who is receiving any State or Central Government assistance such as pension, scholarship etc. of Rs. 1500 or more per month or Rs. 18,000 or more per annum.
B. A woman herself or her immediate family member if:
- 1. Is a current or former Member of Parliament or MLA.
- 2. Is a taxpayer.
- 3. Any elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj Institution (except Ward Member, Councillor only)
- 4. Any undertaking/board/local body/organisation/regular/permanent/contractual employee under the Government of India or the State Government or receiving pension after retirement. All salaried employees and all employees engaged through outsourcing agencies will be eligible under this scheme, provided they fulfil all other criteria of this scheme.
- 5. Any elected representative of any Government Department/Undertaking/Board/Government of India or the State Government.
- 6. Owner of four wheeler motor vehicles other than tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles and other similar light goods vehicles.
c. The applicant's family must have irrigated land area of more than 5 acres and non-irrigated land area of more than 10 acres.
(Note: For this scheme, the definition of family is as defined in the National Food Security Act/State Food Security Scheme (NFSA/SFSS))
How to Apply Subhadra Yojana 2025 ?
Identification of Beneficiaries:
- a) All eligible women applicants are required to apply for benefits under this scheme.
- b) Applications can be made offline by filling a printed form and online through Subhadra portal.
- c) Ample printed application forms will be available free of cost at various places and offices like Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices and ULB Offices, Mo Seva Kendras, Common Service Centres etc.
- d) Applicants will have to fill the form and submit it to the nearest Mo Seva Kendra (MSK) / Common Service Centre (CSC).
- e) In case of any discrepancy between the form and the Aadhaar submitted by the applicant, the information in the Aadhaar will be accepted as final.
- f) All applications collected will be verified with the latest available database with the Government and if necessary, verified through field investigation.
- g) All applicants shall self-certify themselves to be eligible under “Subhadra”, furnish necessary declarations and fulfill e-KYC requirements. For e-KYC, face-authentication will be the preferred method. Beneficiaries can do this through the Subhadra mobile app by providing their Aadhaar number.
- g) A beneficiary can voluntarily opt out of Subhadra through the Subhadra portal to support the empowerment and welfare of his/her fellow co-operative sisters in Odisha.
