Online:
- Visit the official Subhadra portal.
- Select the ‘Apply Online’ or ‘New Registration’ option.
- Complete e-KYC or face authentication using your Aadhaar number.
- Provide the required personal and bank details.
- Submit the eligibility declaration.
- Submit the application and check its status.
Offline: You can apply by obtaining a free application form from a nearby Mo Seva Kendra/CSC, Anganwadi Centre, Block Office, or ULB Office.
