Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), Bhubaneswar has released a recruitment notification for the post of Management Trainee (Electrical) 2026. There are a total of 60 posts (20 reserved for women) along with backlog posts for Ex-SM and PwBD. Candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month during the training period of 1 year. After successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager (Electrical) and the salary will be from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 as per Pay Matrix Level EE-2. Annual CTC will be approximately Rs. 15 lakh. In the selection process, GATE 2026 score will be given 90% weightage and Personal Interview will be given 10%.
