This innovative platform aims to simplify governance by enabling residents to avail services directly through WhatsApp, ensuring convenience and transparency. Citizens can access key services like certificates, licenses, and welfare schemes without visiting government offices. The initiative reflects Odisha’s commitment to digital transformation and citizen-centric governance, making public services more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly for people across the state.
